The Spider Wand is the exact equivalent that of Spider Wand because it has the same tier, and it's the offensive weapon that is matched to the off-hand from the Spider Wand. The player can use spells through the off-hand slot since it is a weapon, just like when you have two swords for instance, you'd be able to deal the damage of both. When you reach your level, you'll probably buy and hold Batwing however and it's even better and also very affordable.
Warpriest is the top armor in F2p however it's only available to players... except if you took part in the event a few months ago, which I doubt. It maxes out at tier 2 in F2P (was nerfed by Jagex), so it's not really the best armor under all circumstances.
There's a way to get decent hybrid armor, however such as the Ghost Hunter armor (w/e it's called) is just as impressive and you can acquire it by the killing of ghosts. Also , there's dragonstone armor however, it's steep. I believed it was capped at level 50. The best f2p hybrid armor he said was dragonstone, which is tier 60.
A World Event is coming this summer (May or June I believe) therefore you should be able to pick up some warpriest then. In the past, when you were able to be a warpriest was during 2014. I'm talking about tier 2 or 3 tiers or whatever, I don't understand the lingo, just an 07 player falling by. Warpriest armor is awful F2P. It is tier 50 but it has lower stats than similar tier 50 "tank armours because they are hybrid armour.
Warpriest can only be considered decent only if you are doing a lot of multi-pvp with teams/clans it's not worth the hassle when you don't (except the cape). For the question on the subject, that others have already responded to, Batwing is the most effective Magic armor available to F2Pers. But you can make improvements to your weapon(s) if you're currently using Batwing book/shield and wand.
