Whom many fans (naively) think is the league's most overrated choke artist is, in fact, the greatest player in NBA history. It's almost unbelievable what LeBron James can pull off. His agility rivals that of the most deft basketball legends, and he towers over most NFL players. In addition, he has not only lived up to the high expectations placed on him after being named "The Chosen One" by Sports Illustrated when he was a teenager, but he has also overcome the immense pressure that came with the title. No matter how great a player was in the past, they couldn't have handled the pressures of the media like James. With the exception of the Big O's cigarette-smoking halftime players, James has averaged 27.5 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 6.9 steals per game since this list's release, much like Robertson. People ignored the fact that he nearly single-handedly led an underdog Cleveland Cavaliers team to the NBA finals in 2007 when he was just 22 years old, because they were furious that he didn't win championships earlier in his career. Naturally, since then, he has won two championships (and maybe more) while playing for the Miami Heat. He has steadily improved his game to address the relative shortcomings for which he was before critiqued, in addition to routinely achieving feats that I have never seen before. Seems like that's about it for the greatest of all time, doesn't it?
