Adding the following amount of water will give you a concentration of 0.5mg per 0.1ml or 10 units on the syringe.

Tirzepatide 2.5mg – 0.5ml
Adding the following amount of water will give you a concentration of 1mg per 0.1ml or 10 units on the syringe.

Tirzepatide 5mg – 0.5ml
Tirzepatide 10mg – 1ml
Tirzepatide 20mg – 2ml

Recommended Dosage Schedule:

1. Initiation Phase:

To minimize gastroin****inal side effects (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea), the initial dose is low and gradually increased.

• Week 1-4:

• Starting dose: 2.5 mg subcutaneously once per week

2. Titration Phase:

Gradual dose escalation over several weeks improves tolerance.

• Week 5-8:

• Increase dose to 5 mg subcutaneously once per week

• Optional Dose Increases: (if no significant side effects and based on healthcare advice)
