I would suggest adding a few filters to the bottom of the Quest List. Show All Show All - Displays all quests. Show Unfinished - Shows only red and yellow quests. Show Complete - Shows only unfinished or started quests that you've completed.

While this is only a minor change, I think it will be beneficial for both players who are experienced (less scrolling) as well as new players who might feel overwhelmed by the number of quests available on F2P's page. Maybe there could be a list of checkboxes that you can choose from upon clicking an option button on the interface for quests.

You can also sort the list according to a specific set of parameters. Personally, I would prefer to remove quests from the list and move down to the bottom. But, I think that both choices is a great idea for the majority of people. This is an example of a minor changes that would be welcomed by the RS players.
